I downloaded and opened one of your sample NFS files [nfs_bad_stalls.cap] which
is approx. 701KBytes. It only has 7038 packets in it.
I performed a [Statistics] --> [Flow Graph] --> [All Pkts/TCP Flow/Standard
Source] and then saved that flow graph to a text file.
The text file was over 80MB in size.
When I opened and looked at the dumped text file, it showed an extra set of the
following line for every one of the 7038 packets.

The line following that one also had two sets of the above line trickling all
the way down.
I imagine if you tried to dump a 200,000 packet file, you'd end up with at
least 5GBytes!
