This behavior is almost 11 years old according to the SVN logs. Presumably the
8-character limit is for width/alignment since that's the length of an OUI
prefix. E.g.

  08:00:20:05:07:09

becomes

  SunMicro_05:07:09

I don't see why we wouldn't print the full manufacturer name, but it would
probably be worth a discussion on wireshark-users to see if anyone depends on
this.
