Hi,
The problem is not mis-spelling the OUI name. The OUI is resolved from the
manuf file
where the names is trunkated to 10 characters by the perl script making the
file
(make-manuf.pl). The c file doing the address resulotion addr_resolve.c,
further
truncates this to:
#define MAXMANUFLEN     9       /* max vendor name length with ending '\0' */
extending this to 10 would "solve" the microsoft "problem" but other names will
still be truncated.
