In Wireshark 1.2.0 or later this should be fixed by using the is_video flag and
calculate video jitter using the frames with marker bits set for the
calculation. Warnings should also be set differently between video and audio.

The whole analysis should perhaps also be enhanced to properly handle
telephone/events silence frames etc.
