It appears that the radius dissector has a problem handling (at least some
cases of) vendor-specific attributes.

I've attached an example capture file showing the problem.

I'm cc'ing Naoyoshi Ueda since it's possible the problem may be related to the
radius dissector code changes he made about 3 months ago. I'm hoping he can
look at the issue.
