I fixed an option template bug in r28911 (with a minor update in r28912). The
current incarnation of the dissector works better, but it still isn't parsing
your capture. One thing I noticed is that set #2 in each packet is dissected as
an Options Template with a Scope Field Count of 0 (zero). According to RFC 5101
section 3.4.2.2, this value is invalid. The dissector currently adds an expert
item about this, then bails out of creating the template entry.
