This patch affects only PW dissectors and provides optional means to display
not-dissected PW payload/padding as a hexdump. This change is more suitable for
PWs them from the usability point of view (than modifying data dissector). For
example, data dissector has fixed heading line (and thus says nothing about
displayed content), does not allow pw-specific filtering etc.
