working with RANAP traces I added a couple of fixes to the RANAP dissector
to make life easier:
fix 1:
ranap-patch1-brings-back-heur-dissector.diff
fixed problem:
without RANAP heuristic dissector (it disappeared somewhere after v0.99.5),
RANAP is not decoded when SCCP connection setup messages containing SSN are
missing.
So if messages go and come on multiple links, RANAP is not decoded.
This patch fixes that.
