The LINX protocol has been assigned an official Ethernet type number by IEEE,
http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/ethertype/eth.txt.
This patch adds ETHERTYPE_LINX to epan/etypes.h so that the LINX dissector in
epan/dissectors/packet-linx.c dissects the correct Ethernet packets.
