Guy, thanks for pointing that out.
Anders, as far as I can tell it doesn't handle GSM SAPI 3, and maybe more
importantly there's no reassembly in LAPD dissector. Does this work for GSM
SAPI 0? Still it would be interesting to see if these can be combined.
