What about the code collision on bgpext_com_type[] between
BGP_EXT_COM_QOS_MARK_T and BGP_EXT_COM_LINKBAND? Shouldn't the top two bits of
the type field be excluded for type matching? That should take care of the
transitive part in the type field.
