I have found that the New Vendor ID of Diameter is still unknown even it is
defined in the dictionary.xml .

For example , ID 81000 is one new vendor , i added these item in the
dictionary.xml

<vendor vendor-id="Huawei" code="81000" name="New vendor X"/>

In the wireshark , it still shows "AVP Vendor Id: Unknown (81000)"

I have check the source code , i have found that the vendor id description
should be defined in the const value_string sminmpec_values[] ,

I know that i can define 81000 here and build the source .

Still my question is that if it is possible to display the correct vendor id
description by the configuration file of wireshark.

the attachment is the sample capture which i made it by text2pcap tool .
