I see that you distribute modified complete Wireshark installers (win32 and
deb) from the INACON website. From the description I was expecting just
"Protocol help light" (and indeed wondered how that would integrate with
Wireshark).

The distribution of executable requires you to make available the modified
source code as well. From the looks of it that doesn't happen. How are you
planning to do that? You could for instance setup a mirror for the pristine
Wireshark sources and add your patches to that.
