Quick review notes:
Drop the '//' comment style, it's not standard C. You could even loose some of
the comment lines where it's obvious we're dealing with Help.
#define PH_COMMAND_BROWSER "sensible-browser" is Debian specific. It should
probably come from from the preferences (prefs.gui_webbrowser)
