I assume the interface you are referring to in this bug is the one labeled
"Hexago."  For some reason, the only IP address that is detected on the
interface is the IPv4 link-local address.  Wireshark uses network interfaces on
windows using the WinPcap library.  You may want to ask the mailing list over
there to see if they have any ideas on why it would not pick up the IPv6
