dissector with modified expansion handling
I have added a slightly modified version of the olsr dissector, which does
remember the expansion state for each message type instead of remembering the
first 32 states.
I did some fuzzing tests with my four testcase-pcaps without problems, but the
change is not in the "dangerous" parts of the code, so I did not expect any
problem.
