OK, I missed the following lines in your patch:
-PROTOCOL_NAME=gsmmap
+PROTOCOL_NAME=gsm_map
This change means that the filterable fields are no longer named gsmmap but
gsm_map instead. So this probably isn't a solution that would be generally
acceptable.
Isn't there a copy command on windows that supports multiple source files? If
not, maybe we should provide a bat-script that acts as a wrapper around xcopy
and supports that functionality.
