No, that will only shift the problem from windows to the Unix world.
The reason why this fails is a small difference between asn1/Makefile.am.inc
and asn1/Makefile.inc.nmake in the copy_files target:
Makefile.inc copies $(DISSECTOR_FILES) and Makefile.inc.nmake copies something
else. Someone with access to a Windows system should change that accordingly
and test.
