IPv6 patch for xdmcp dissector

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

XDMCP dissector has no support for IPv6 addresses in the connection field
attached patch adds this.
