Preliminary testing shows that on MacOS X, the accentuated letter in réseau in
this example works just fine.  However, on Windows, the whole word is scrambled
somehow even when saving it in the smi_paths preference file so there is no
hope for it loading correctly.  So it may just be a Wireshark issue since the
correct path isn't being passed to libSMI routines.  I'm continuing to
investigate.
