Yeah, you're right - sorry. I assumed that since my /etc/services conforms to
the IANA port list, all ports in there were assigned as such by IANA. Still,
this port is commonly used by detachable IRC proxies (and apparently present in
/etc/services as such on a lot of *nix systems).
