When an Ethernet frame has multiple SCTP DATA chunks each containing a
different GSM MAP message, the MAP operation names are appended to Info column,
but the spacing is not consistent. Sometimes there is a space between the
operation names and sometimes there isn't. The attached patch fixes the issue. 

While on the subject, perhaps it would be better to use another character as a
delimiter instead of space as the TCAP dissector uses space in some
descriptions for a single item (in case of continuing dialogs for example).
