libwireshark.def file with added (missing) functions

The following functions are not available to plugins as they are not currently
defined in libwireshark.def:
tvb_get_bits8
tvb_get_bits16
tvb_get_bits32
tvb_get_bits64
proto_tree_add_bits_item
proto_tree_add_bits_ret_val
I've used this in a proprietary plugin and it does not work in release 1.0.3.
Adding the functions to libwireshark.def and recompiling fixes the problem, but
of course this does not work with official release versions.
Note there could be other missing functions. I'm not sure whether all should be
listed in libwireshark.def.
