ERFII synthetic trace

The attachment contains a synthetic trace that has been generated just to show
every feature width a single trace. Each packet in the trace contains every
extension header type defined at the time and a number of unknown headers.

Please note that this traffic is synthetic and usually we use just a single
extension header at time.
