Compiled with GLib 2.16.5, with libpcap 0.9.8, with libz 1.2.3, with POSIX

Running on Linux 2.6.24-gentoo-r8, with libpcap version 0.9.8.
Built using gcc 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.1).

Many users of TShark will want to parse the output in some way, which makes the
"-T fields" feature a necessity.
Unfortunately using the fields output precludes getting the summary "Info"
column that can save a lot of time when looking at the output manually.
Using the -o option to set a custom column format is not a way around this as
it results in a format that is difficult to parse (with variable spaces
inserted for formatting).
