I am a user in sycamore network. I find a bug in wireshark1.0.0 when
using it to view some LDP vendor private TLVs.
In wireshark, all vendor private TLV types, no matter 0x3E00 or
0x3E01, are marked with the same TLV Type 0x3E00.
