Many thanks for the effort incorporate the patches that support the SCPS
extensions to TCP.

The included tweak allows for the filtering of packets on the presence of
TCP Option 20: tcp.options.scps;

Filtering of packets on the presence of TCP Option 21: tcp.options.snack is
already functional.
