I'm under the impression the you are setting the wrong preference:

you have to set the DH key list file path into:

Preferences/protocols/SSL/Key list to attack CVE 2008 0166 

and _not_ into:

Preferences/protocols/SSL/RSA keys list


BTW a full backtrace for the experienced issue will help :-)
