Header and Data compression is starting to be used on GPRS networks and a
dissector for L3 XID parameters compression was missing.
I wrote a dissector according to TS 44.065 specification release 7.
It parses the XID parameters of the following algorithms:
- V42bis
- V44
- RFC1144
- RFC2507
- ROHC
