Opening the attached file in Wireshark, it crashes at 4k out of 64k on Vista. 
I've updated to the latest version and still has an issue.  Wireshark also
crashes when taking the same packet trace.  Running on XP the packet snif works
fine and the attached file is one taken from XP.
