I've attached a file in erf.gz format which we commonly use. The gzipping
seems to make no difference. I should have been more precise in my report.
This version will open the file, but nothing is correctly decoded. Everything
shows a protocol type of 'infiniband' which is incorrect as this file contains
a full range of normal WAN traffic.
