Version 1.0.1pre1 (SVN Rev 25595)

Wireshark still fails to open valid ERF type files.  This may still be related
to bug 2359 which was reported resolved.  I've verified that this is NOT the
case with the file types that we most commonly use.  The last version that
could correctly open ERF files was .99.6.a.
