I tell Wireshark to listen to a particular network interface. While it is
listening, I go to Windows XP's network options and disable that interface.
Wireshark gives me this error message:

*****START
Error while capturing packets: read error: PacketReceivePacket failed

Please report this to the Wireshark developers.
(This is not a crash; please do not report it as such.)
*****END

Its behavior is perfectly reasonable. I know exactly why PacketReceivePacket
failed. The only problem is that it says to report the problem to the Wireshark
developers. So here's my report: Go change the error message so if the Windows
network interface was disabled manually, it says, "Someone disabled the
interface" instead of "Something weird is happening; please report it."

Yes, it's trivial. But the error message specifically told me to complain to
you.
