We can add mailman access (www.wireshark.org/lists/*) to the list, since those
pages typically involve typing in a password.

Thanks to GoDaddy we now have certificates for bugs.wireshark.org and
www.wireshark.org. I would've asked for a cert for anonsvn.wireshark.org, but I
didn't want to push their generosity. :) 

Access to bugzilla should now happen exclusively over https. I'll restrict
mailman access in the same way in the next few days, and set up
anonsvn.wireshark.org with a self-signed certificate.
