Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

As described in README.developer there are functions for using ptvcursors.
But those are not accessible from plugins since they are not defined as
exported in libwireshark.def.

Also undocumented funtions tree_add_bits_item() and tree_add_bits_ret_val()
from proto.h are missing in libwireshark.def.
