oops!
I found a bug in my patch
value of 'numpairs` is used before it actually initialized :)
but if I move string "numpairs = tvb_get_ntohs(tvb, offset);" right after my
comment about `sizeof` everything goes even more weird ;()
anyone plz fix it correctly... ;)
