patch which addresses qualifications of comment #12

Here I provide another patch that addresses the qualifications of comment #12.

I removed the linked-list code and therefore unfortunately had to remove some
functionality. The currently more important functionality (dissecting headers,
phase upshift, ...) is though still contained.

My current plan is, to get this dissector into a form, that is accepted by
wireshark. Later I can provide patches that extend its functionality.
