Running on Linux 2.6.20-1.2962.fc6, with libpcap version 0.9.4.

Built using gcc 4.1.2 20070626 (Red Hat 4.1.2-13).

For some reason all JPEG JFIF markers except the one for comments (MARKER_COM)
are present in vals_marker[] in epan/dissectors/packet-image-jfif.c. This
prevents me from decoding JPEG images with comments. The attached patch should
rectify this problem.
