Compiled with GLib 2.14.6, with WinPcap (version unknown), with libz 1.2.3,
without POSIX capabilities, with libpcre 7.0, with SMI 0.4.5, with ADNS, with
Lua 5.1, with GnuTLS 1.6.1, with Gcrypt 1.2.3, with MIT Kerberos.

Running on Windows XP Service Pack 2, build 2600, with WinPcap version 4.0.2
(packet.dll version 4.0.0.1040), based on libpcap version 0.9.5.

Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 build 8804

Overview: 'tshark -Tfields -e data' does not display the last character of
data.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Copy the attached file (missing-char.pcap) to your current directory.
2) Open missing-char.pcap using the Wireshark GUI.
3) Click the DATA node in the PACKET DETAILS pane.
4) Notice that the last byte in the PACKET BYTES section is 0xEF.
5) Run 'tshark -Tfields -r missing-char.pcap -e data'.

Actual Results:
The last character displayed is 0xE -- The final 0xF character is missing.

Expected Results:
The missing character (0xF) should be included in the output.
