The patch indeed solved the RPC reassembly so that the RPC details are now
shown also on the "second run".

However, there is still the "Malformed Packet: RPC" message and an empty
Portmap protocol tree. Could it be that the portmap dissector should not have
been called for this packet?

I'll leave the bug open for now to look at the malformed packet message, but
the original problem is fixed in SVN 25055.
