The SNMP dissector has significantly changed since 0.99.5. It now uses libSMI
to resolve OIDs to names. The MIBS loaded are found on the name resolution page
of the preferences. If you remove all but RFC1213-MIB this works ok for this
capture. There remains work to be done at the SNMP dissector, see
