Thanks for the patch, Jim!  I don't have time to look at it at the moment
unfortunately.  As an FYI: you can regenerate the asn1 dissector in the
asn1/ldap/ directory by typing make generate_dissector then copying the
packet-ldap.[ch] into epan/dissectors (there may even be a way to have make
copy the dissectors, but I haven't figured it out).
