I thought about that but forgot to respond.  The thing is the Hilscher
dissector would still have to be called for every Ethernet frame and pull out a
bunch of bytes of the MAC address to see what it is.  That's essentially what
it's doing now so I don't see how a new table would be faster (of course I
could be missing something).
