I have added the ability to register heuristic sub dissectors to handle the
EtherCAT datagrams withing each EtherCAT frame.
Additionally to this I have done some cleaning up activities in the EtherCAT
plugin sources.
I have performed fuzz-tests on the changes and have updated the Wiki for
EtherCAT accordingly (see http://wiki.wireshark.org/Protocols/ethercat ).
