RedBack LI Patch against SVN 24458 Version 2


Hi,
i remembered the heuristic dissectors - here is a reworked version which doesnt
use a fixed port number but rather a strict heuristic dissector and the
possibility to manually override (in case someone finds unknown avps and the
heuristic dissector refuses to work)
