I raised that separately as bug 2241 - there is a bit more work to do to fully
support retransmission mode.
In the normal case (with no retransmissions), we can just strip off the
extended L2CAP header and footer.  With retransmisions, we need to eliminate
the duplicates (is TCP a good example for doing this in wireshark?)
