Exactly.  Something I can load into tshark or wireshark and export the PDML
myself.

I've found the easiest way to get a build going is to work with the latest anon
SVN, see instructions at http://www.wireshark.org/develop.html.

Or if you're working on Windows, see chapter 2.2 of the Developers manual.
