Yes Jack, you're right!
I've updated Outpost and the problem is solved.

Yet I had tried before to disable it... Without success...
It seems that Outpost installs a special component when wireskark is installed,
which ought to be the guilty.

Anyway, the problem is solved, we can close this bug report.
