Sample capture containing a fragmented packet that is not correctly
disassembled

Sure, I should have attached a sample in the first place.

First this shows a packet with no extension headers after the fragment header. 
Each fragment is correctly disassembled, and the payload is correctly
reassembled once the last fragment is received.

Then a packet containing a destination options header after the fragment header
is fragmented, and sent.  All fragments but the first are incorrectly
disassembled, and wireshark fails to reassemble the payload once the last
fragment is received.
