The Wireshark documentation in several places (including
http://www.wireshark.org/docs/man-pages/ and the local versions in, e.g.,
dumpcap.html, all refer to man tcpdump(8) for capture filter syntax.   This, of
course, doesn't exist on Windows, and no substitute help for tcpdump is
provided either.

I suspect it should, if nothing else, refer to
http://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureFilters as the compiled help file does.
